When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you use the platform, we store the lead data you upload (names, emails, job titles, company names). We also collect basic usage data like login times and features used.
Your data only passes through services needed to run the product:
You own your data. You can export it, delete it, or close your account at any time. When you delete your account, we remove all your data within 30 days.

By using Leadbrics you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person. Keep your login credentials secure.
Leadbrics is a web platform for managing, deduplicating, and pushing outbound lead data to campaign senders. We may update features at any time.
You own everything you upload. We don’t claim any rights over your content. We only process your lead data to provide the service — nothing else.
Don’t use Leadbrics to spam people, upload data you don’t have the right to use, or try to break the platform. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. We can change pricing with 30 days’ notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.
Leadbrics is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep things running, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You can close your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You can cancel your subscription from Settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you’re a new customer and unhappy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, we don’t pro-rate for unused time.

We’re not replacing those tools. We’re what happens after them. Apollo finds the data, Hunter fills in the gaps, and we take it from there — cleaning, deduplicating, and pushing straight into your campaign.
A spreadsheet doesn’t know who you emailed last month. It can’t catch duplicates across five different exports. It definitely won’t pause someone who’s out of office. We handle all of that automatically.

No. Your data lives in your own private account. No one else can see your leads, companies, or campaign history. We don’t sell, share, or use it for anything other than running the service for you.
